Job Description:
As a Social Media Client Servicing manager , you will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns for our clients. You will also be the primary point of contact between the agency and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing them with the right social media solutions to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
● Hands on working with Chat GPT
● Develop social media content calendars, create engaging social media posts, and curate user-generated content to increase engagement and reach.
● Monitor social media metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
● Work with the account management team to develop social media strategies that align with client objectives and goals.
● Research and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
● Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
● Generate weekly and monthly reports on social media performance for assigned clients.
● Analyze data, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.
● Use data to inform ongoing social media strategies and optimize campaign performance.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships with them.
● Understand client objectives, goals, and challenges and provide social media solutions to help achieve them.
● Ensure timely delivery of client projects, and manage client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
● 1+ years of experience in social media management and client servicing
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent communication and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
● Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and others.
