About this role:
Years of Experience: 3-5 years.
The purpose of this role is to generate leads and close the leads into potential clients.
● Identify partnership opportunities
● Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
● Should have industry connections, especially with new age companies
● Prior experience in Inbound and Outbound Sales
● Preferable in Real Estate and Branding
● Prior experience working with start-ups will be preferred
● Build potential customer connections on LinkedIn
● Bring creative ideas on board to achieve the desired objective
● Take a lead on building a social media network using the LinkedIn profile of the company.
Mission:
To ensure leads:
● Have speed in proposal so they can close (under 24 hour response time)
● Retain and ascend (30% KPI)

– You have marketing or sales experience within the Social Media / Digital Marketing / Branding space
– You have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the branding and digital marketing industry
– You find fulfillment in supporting others in obtaining their goals

– You actively look to improve, personally and professionally through books, courses, etc
– You want to be held to high standards and be challenged in your work

Qualifications:
At Digital Mojo, we want people who are amazing culture fits over anything else. We have found that some of our best team members have had little experience and/or college degrees relative to their role, but were extremely hungry, coachable, and driven to be the best.
Dis-Qualifications (Please DO NOT apply to this position if you:)
Have less than 3 years of experience in the branding /digital marketing industry.
– Want a position for flexibility, travel freedom
– Are a slacker, procrastinator
– Are not Ownership driven.
– Take too many leaves
– Have low commitment
– Aren’t willing to work 50-60 hrs/week including weekends if needed
– Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your skills
– Can’t take criticism or feedback
– Are not available in different time zones to accommodate clients from various countries, including the United States and others as needed.
Pay
Base plus commission. This position has the opportunity to yield over 1L/month on-track earnings as KPI’s are met.
