This is why people spend their money in your establishment, so if your Food menu sucks, then everything else don’t matter. Even if you spend a million on promotions and Marketing.
STAFF TRAINING:
You have to have amazing service and staff and there are no shortcuts to that. You need to train your staff weeks and even months before you open. You need to hire the best, most gregarious people and you need to give them the tools to do the job right.
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS:
Hire a GREAT manager and KEEP him…building relationships is what brings success, not adverts in magazines. Treat your customers as FAMILY to build a relationship that leads to customer retention.
MARKETING:
Something i have not been able to understand with Hotel & Venue owners in Hyderabad. They invest 2 Crores to 5 Crores in the Outlet setup but they don’t have budget set aside for Marketing in its first year of operation, WHY? They expect that people would come simply because they have expensive furniture and decor! Right…SMH

It is amazing to see how F&B outlets are so poorly involved on Social Media platforms. It makes sense to hire an expert & Nightlife promoter to do everything around Social Media
