A conversion funnel is created when the marketer engages a customer in some activity. It could be asking a user for a newsletter subscription or filling out a survey form. The activities make the customer inquisitive where they start going through the brand’s products or services. Now, once a brand is successful in creating a funnel, they must make sure it’s optimized. With a perfectly optimized funnel, the conversion rate shall be high.

It could be self-explanatory images, well-researched keywords. It must speak about some value a customer was looking for. Once the user clicks on an ad, it is directed to a landing page. The very first impression created by a brand online is through its landing page. Thus, your landing page must look professional and engaging. You can engage your audience by using a video or ask your user to sign up for their email ID. You can also ask them to subscribe to your monthly newsletters or updates. An interaction generated on a landing page will help you with all the contact information you wanted.

CTA can also be in the form of Pop-ups that are capable of grabbing a user’s attention. Make a CTA noticeable by bringing a variation in color or graphics. Make sure you don’t use too many CTA’s that would end up confusing the user.
A user form:
Since you are offering so much information to the client, ask for a return. Include a form where you can get all the necessary information about the client. Too many fields in the form can be troublesome and you shall lose your leads. Make sure the client has to fill in only precise information. This form will definitely help you capture the lead.
A ThankYou Page:
Once your customer has signed in or subscribed, they must see a thank you page to get a confirmation on the landing page itself. It is a very important step in a funneling process. Your client must know that they have submitted or signed up successfully. It nurtures your relationship with the customer.
Personalized Email:
A personal touch is always appreciated to get a conversion. Thus, thank your customer for a sign-up or subscription by sending a personalized email.
